To expedite your order, products are shipped directly from each Supplier. Many of our Suppliers will provide you with a UPS Tracking Number via EMAIL at time of shipment. The Shipping Rates are per Supplier selected on your order.
For 3 Day Select, rates are $20.95 per Supplier, per orders under 1 pound. Additional charges will apply for orders greater than 1 pound.
For 2nd Day Air, rates are $23.95 per Supplier, per orders under 1 pound. Additional charges will apply for orders greater than 1 pound.
Shipments to Hawaii, are an additional $19.95 and Alaska & Canada, an additional $14, per supplier. Additional charges will apply for orders greater than 1 pound.

Order Processing (Processing/Shipping Time)
For overnight and 2-day shipping, orders received before 1 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday (except holidays) will be processed within 2 business days. For 3-7 day shipping method, we will make every effort to process the order the same day, if the order is received before 1PM. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (except holidays). Orders received after the cutoff time will be processed the next day or if the next day is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the next business day. Note: Please understand that during holiday seasons, most orders can require 1-3 business days for processing. Please plan ahead and select your shipping method accordingly. Items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. As a result, some of your items may be shipped separately from the rest of your order.
Items requiring special handling or scheduled delivery may require an additional shipping surcharge which will be listed at checkout.
We are unable to ship your order in the following situations:
- Your address is a P.O. Box. As our expedited carrier is UPS, and they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we are unable to ship via an expedited method to a P.O. Box.
- Your address is an APO/FPO address. As our expedited carrier is UPS, and they do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses, we are unable to ship via an expedited method to APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipping of Wine or other Spirits is limited by the US Government to the following states: SpiritsShipping.
Return Merchandise Policy
All requests for product returns must be within 20 days (unless otherwise noted under product detail), of receipt of order and processed through MSS customer service. Contact us at Info@mySpaShop.com. or call 1.877,697,7274 or 877-My-Spa-Shop. You will be provided with a Return Authorization for shipment back to the manufacturer, there may be a restocking fee as noted in the product description. All shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense. We cannot accept returns on open, used merchandise and D.O.T. HAZMAT products. Please review Orders and enter Return Requests at MyAccount.
As a Vermont company, Sales tax will be charged to all orders that are processed with a Vermont shipping address, regardless of the location the product ships from.
