Since menopause I have had a hard time getting uninterrupted sleep at night due to nightsweats (hotflashes) every 2-3 hours. I still awaken-the difference is that with SleepEase I can resume sleeping. I use the spray 2-3 times every night upon wakening and it never fails. I highly recommend it.

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ...it works
I had problems falling asleep. My husband had problems staying asleep. I was given a bottle of this in a gift basket and did not really think it would work and we were pleasantly surprised. This helped both of us get a good night rest...through the night without feeling groggy or drugged in the morning. We have now been users for 6 months.
