Peppermint Foot Treatment
1) Get prepared. You’ll need nail clippers, nail file, a cuticle tool, two hot towels, and skin lotion.
2) Start by soaking your feet in hot water for five minutes (in a foot bath or tub).
3) Add bath salts and a couple of drops of peppermint essential oil.
4) Leaving one foot soaking, clean cuticles, clip, and file the nails of the other. Repeat same for other foot.
5) Dry off feet and wrap each foot in a hot, peppermint-oil scented towel.
6) While the feet are wrapped, rub lotion into your hands and work on your fingernails.
7) Unwrap one foot at a time, bring it up to your lap, and perform a mini-reflexology treatment.
8) Finish with a light application of skin lotion to each foot and apply some polish if it suits your mood.
