10 Minute Facial Fitness Programme
Prepare/Treat/Protect
1. Cleanse the delicate eye contour and lip contour with Demaquillante Yeux et Levres.
 |
Gently glide cotton pads across brows, then work pad down lashes, finishing by working from inner corner of eye outwards to temple. Repeat on other eye contour. |
2. Cleanse the face from the forehead down to décolletage with Demaquillante Essentielle, Crème Demaquillante, Mousse Nettoyant; or Purement Nettoyant.
3. Apply Lotion Essentielle, Lotion Demaquillante Douceur or Tonique Purifiante to cotton pads and gently glide over skin.

Begin cleansing from forehead- working across to temples, then work from nose across cheeks, move to around the mouth and lower jaw line, finishing at the neck and décolleté.

4. Repeat step 2 and step 3.
5. Apply 2 to 3 Pumps of PAYOT Serum; specific to your concern (Hydrofluide, So Pure, Serum de Choc, Douce Serum, Rides Relax, Special Rides Serum, or Design Ultra Lift); to face, and neck.

Press two to three pumps of specific serum, in small rocking movements, with fingertips following PAYOT method, in dabbing motions until fully absorbed. Follow with appropriate crème. NEVER USE ALONE |
6. Apply specific eye treatment/crème for your concerns- puffiness and dark circles, fine lines and wrinkles- Doux Regard, Design Lift Regard, Rides Relax Regard, Special Rides Contour Yeux et Levres.

Regularly morning and evening on the upper and lower eyelids without ever touching the mobile part of the eyelid. Apply a small amount following the Dr. Payot method. Pay extra attention to the crow’s feet if necessary. |
7. Apply specific creme for your skin concern and type (Crème Hydratation 24, Hydratation 24 Protection SPF 10, Nutricia, Fluide Mattifiante, Crème Mattifiante, Crème Douce, Crème de Choc, Special Rides Crème, Design Ultra Lift Crème).

Using spatula provided (with jars) or finger tips (tubes or airless containers), apply crème beginning across forehead, then working from center of chin around mouth gliding hands up over nasal labial folds (marionette lines) upwards towards bridge of nose and fan out across cheeks and up to temples; work upwards on neck, finishing with light tapping under chin and jaw line |
8. In the am, follow with SPF; if not using Hydratation 24 Protection SPF 10.
9. Follow with following facial exercises:
Exercise 1:

Begin by puckering the lips, while engaging the neck muscles, hold for a full breath. |

Release and smile wide, while engaging neck muscles. Repeat 5 times. |
Exercise 2:
 |
Place two fingers at the temples and hold, close eyes while deeply breathing and relaxing the muscles of the face and neck. Hold and relax for 5 deep breaths.

Exercise 3:
 |
While still holding fingers at temples, open eyes wide and hold for 5 deep breaths. |
Exercise 4:
 |
Make your hands into fists and place them under chin, with knuckles facing each other. Gently press down with your chin, engage neck muscles, while pressing up with your fists. This is to prevent the neck from moving forward. Release after 5 deep breaths and repeat 5 times. |
