DreamTime Welcome Comfort Migraine Wrap

Relieve tension and ease pain with this comforting Migraine Wrap. The removable gel pack provides localized heat or cold therapy. The adjustable velcro closure provides secure comfort. Use warm to relieve headaches, sore throats, tension and stress. Use cool for headaches, sports injuries or to cool down on hot summer days. (12 x 4 x 1.5)

Heat therapy: Place insert in a clean microwave and heat in 10 second intervals until optimal heat is achieved. Never leave unattended in microwave. Do not overheat. Always test temperature before using. The migraine wrap should feel warm to the touch, not hot.

Cool therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer overnight. May be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use.

Cleaning instructions: Remove gel insert and machine wash wrap in cold water using delicate cycle. Tumble dry on low and remove promptly. Do not wash gel pack.
