The luxurious fabric in combination with our exclusive aromatherapy blend of cinnamon, clove and eucalyptus, will soothe your hands and delight your senses. So sit back and relax while these Cozys transform rough overworked hands into the softest and most supple hands imagined. Heat to comfort cold, sore, tired hands or to help relieve arthritis pain. Chill to reduce swelling or discomfort associated with injuries. (11.5 x 6 x 3.25)

Heat therapy: Place in a clean microwave and heat in 20-second intervals until optimal heat is achieved. Never leave unattended in microwave. Do not overheat. Always test temperature before using. The Hand Cozys should feel warm, not hot, to the touch.

Cool therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in a freezer overnight. May be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use.

Cleaning instructions: Remove inserts and machine wash Cozys in cold water, on delicate cycle. Tumble dry low and remove promptly. Do not allow grain insert to get wet.
