- Back Orders and Partial Shipments
- Although it is a high priority for us to ensure all of our items are in stock, there may be times when certain items are out of stock due to high demand or a manufacturer issue. In most cases, we receive back-ordered items within 5 business days. If your order contains a back-ordered item, it will be shipped to you as soon it comes in at no additional cost. Many of our brands are stocked at different warehouses and may arrive on different dates.

Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. - Shortly after your order is placed, we will send you an email confirming your order. You can review your Order History at MyAccount
- Returns
- Our goal at mySpaShop.com is to exceed your expectations. If you are not happy with any part of your order, please contact us within 20 days of receipt and it will be our pleasure to issue you a return authorization(required) and replace your damaged or defective product(s), there may be a restocking fee, in most cases, noted in the product description. If an item is no longer available, or out of stock we will gladly exchange it for another item or provide an mSS "Gift Certificate" of equal value. We cannot accept returns on open, used merchandise and D.O.T. HAZMAT products. Please review Orders and enter Return Requests at MyAccount.

- Purchased gift certificates and unused portions of purchased gift certificates expire within 12 months from the date of issuance, as indicated by the "spend by" date included on all purchased gift certificates.
- Gift certificates must be redeemed online at mySpaShop.com.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
- If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay the balance with a credit card.
- We are not responsible for and cannot replace lost or stolen gift certificates.
- Order Changes
- Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. In most cases the items are shipped out to you within 48 hours of us receiving your order.
