Back Orders and Partial Shipments
Although it is a high priority for us to ensure all of our items are in stock, there may be times when certain items are out of stock due to high demand or a manufacturer issue. In most cases, we receive back-ordered items within 5 business days. If your order contains a back-ordered item, it will be shipped to you as soon it comes in at no additional cost. Many of our brands are stocked at different warehouses and may arrive on different dates.

Returns
Our goal at mySpaShop.com is to exceed your expectations. If you are not happy with any part of your order, please contact us within 20 days of receipt and it will be our pleasure to issue you a return authorization(required) and replace your damaged or defective product(s), there may be a restocking fee as noted in the product description. If an item is no longer available, or out of stock we will gladly exchange it for another item or provide an mSS "Gift Certificate" of equal value. We cannot accept returns on open, used merchandise and D.O.T. HAZMAT products. Please review Orders and enter Return Requests at MyAccount.
Purchased gift certificates and unused portions of purchased gift certificates expire within 12 months from the date of issuance, as indicated by the "spend by" date included on all purchased gift certificates.
Gift certificates must be redeemed online at mySpaShop.com.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.

Dear Kristin,
How very nice of you to write. I am thrilled to have come across your website. Imagine... my eldest daughter turns 13. I am quickly running out of ideas. An evening pool party with comfy robes and your comfy slippers on petal covered aerobeds with sleeping masks will secure a good night's slumber iafterwards f in fact they get to sleep!!! At the very least, they can take them home when they finally leave the next evening after another day of day time pool activities. Come to think of it, I should have ordered a pair for myself!!!! I will probably need them most.
